Martin, who practices corporate and securities law at Wilson Sonsini and sits on the firm’s board of directors, led LinkedIn’s $352.8 million IPO in 2011. This year she was part of the team that represented the company in its $26.2 billion sale to Microsoft. She also helped represent Altera Corp.’s $16.7 billion sale to Intel Inc. last year.
