Keker & Van Nest will make Elliot R. Peters a name partner and call itself Keker Van Nest & Peters, the firm announced today.
Peters, whose practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, securities litigation, legal malpractice and intellectual property litigation, joined Keker & Van Nest in 1991. The change takes effect Jan. 1.
