Apttus Corp., a technology company in the growing “quote-to-cash” space, hired Margo Smith as its executive vice president and chief legal officer. Smith joins the San Mateo-based company after nearly four years with Marketo Inc., where she served as senior vice president and general counsel.
Smith said in an email she is excited to join a company that has created and refined a business use for software.
