Frode Jensen, a former Pillsbury Winthrop partner and subject of the summer’s most talked about press release, has filed a $45 million defamation suit against the firm.

The complaint, filed Tuesday in a Connecticut superior court, accuses Pillsbury Winthrop and three of its top partners of character and commercial assassination of a “disgraceful and repugnant sort.”
