Eversheds Sutherland is set to selectively onboard certain King & Wood Mallesons China non-Asia lawyers following the firms’ formal cooperation agreement in July.

Eversheds had been expected to take on the vast majority of KWM’s lawyers in offices across London, Frankfurt, Milan, Madrid and Dubai as part of the exclusive referral deal between the two firms. But none of the offices are on course to join in their entirety.
