Real estate law firm Romer Debbas has doubled its space with a new lease at 275 Madison Ave., effective Nov. 1. The boutique firm, which specializes in commercial and transactional real estate, relocated its office a short distance from 183 Madison Ave., where it had been based since November 2011.
“Romer Debbas wanted to maintain its Madison Avenue presence but needed space twice the size of its previous office, and 275 Madison was the perfect answer,” co-managing partner Michael Romer said.
