The winding road that led her to the General Counsel office at Dallas-based Which Wich Superior Sandwiches, the quirky franchiser known for its unique ordering system and positive “vibe” atmosphere, began with a gutsy decision to change course from a successful career as an accountant, followed by a months-long sojourn “listening” to herself in the Colorado Rockies, the completion of law school and a stint at a big Denver firm, and a return to Texas as a successful entrepreneur.
