Coming to Herald Square, Sephora USA LLC has signed a lease for more than 12 years with Empire State Realty Trust Inc. to open a new store at 112 W. 34th St., across from Macy's flagship store. The international beauty concept retailer opened its first U.S. store in New York City in 1998. Sephora is waiting to occupy the 11,334-square-foot space once the lease of the existing tenant, Foot Locker, expires in 2016.
