Tonight at 7 on the Philadelphia CNN-News affiliate WFMZ-TV, “The American Law Journal” presents “High Tech: Raising the Kids With Today’s Thorny Custody Issues.” Christopher Naughton welcomes family law practitioners Donald F. Spry II of Pennsylvania’s King, Spry, Herman, Freund & Faul, David Ladov of Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel and Mary Vidas of Blank Rome. Joining the panel is author and the director of the Center for Couples and Family Solutions in Englewood, New Jersey, Dr. Debra Castaldo.

The panel examines the most difficult challenges for divorced parents that were rare or unheard of a generation ago: cellphone/Internet discipline, homeschooling, corporal punishment, passports and air travel for kids, and meeting the dad’s girlfriend for the first time.
