Thompson Hine business litigation partner Gary Freed has unseated DeKalb County District Attorney Robert James for a spot on the State Bar of Georgia’s Board of Governors.
While the bar has not made its 2015 board of governors election results publicly available, a bar representative emailed Freed on Thursday, declaring him the winner of the race for Stone Mountain Judicial Circuit Post 4, Freed said.
