The next secretary of the State Bar of Georgia’s Young Lawyers Division will be decided in a runoff starting Wednesday.

Rizza O’Connor, the chief magistrate of Toombs County, received 623 of the 1,731 votes cast in that race during the bar’s general election, which ended on April 30. She will face Kevin Charles Patrick, a senior associate at Goodman, McGuffey, Lindsey & Johnson, who received 546 votes in the general election.
