Three major law firms are appealing a court decision letting Facebook’s suit against them proceed.
DLA Piper, Milberg and Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman appealed on Monday to the Appellate Division, First Department, a ruling by Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Eileen Rakower, who earlier this month refused to dismiss Facebook’s lawsuit accusing the firms of malicious prosecution and attorney deceit.
