If eighty percent of a business valuation resides in intangible assets, your company's ability to innovate is a top business objective. Your objective is to identify and protect your company's IP to maximize the value your organization may derive from it.
Although the ideas and innovation are constantly evolving, the process to assess, file, manage and retire IP have not evolved in step. Join ALM and Lecorpio on Thursday, June 25 at 2PM EDT for a complimentary webinar titled The IP Supply Chain: Managing 21st Century Innovation. In this webinar you will hear experts and fellow corporate IP professionals discuss what organizations should be doing to reduce waiting, rework and defects so expert resources can focus on value-generating tasks instead of process management tasks. Attendees will learn:
- What legal professionals can learn from the manufacturing supply chain
- Using analytics to optimize the IP process and gain new insights
- Best practices in IP process management
