Hill Wallack promotes two of its attorneys, Jonathan Katz and Eric Kelner, both from the firm’s Princeton office, to partner. Katz is a member of the firm’s community associations practice group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of community association law and general litigation, representing condominium and homeowners associations throughout New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. He is a member of both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania/Delaware Valley chapters of the Community Associations Institute and has served as chair of both of their editorial/communications committees. Kelner is a member of the firm’s creditors’ rights/bankruptcy and hospitality practice groups. His creditors’ rights clients include state chartered banks, regional banks, national banks, equipment financing companies, servicers, receivers, federal agencies, quasi-governmental lenders, commercial landlords, asset purchasers, hedge funds and individual creditors in all matters of creditors’ rights and bankruptcy.
