David Samson, the embattled former chairman of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, has added veteran litigator Justin Walder to his defense team.
Karen Kessler, a spokeswoman for Samson, confirmed that Walder, of Roseland’s Walder Hayden, had been retained several months ago to join Michael Chertoff, the former U.S. secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, and Angelo Genova, of the Newark office of Genova Burns.
