Harris Neal Feldman has joined Parker McCay, where he will chair the commercial litigation department. He will practice out of the firm’s Mount Laurel offices. He focuses his practice in commercial, employment and products liability litigation. Most recently, he was a litigation partner with Schnader, Harrison, Segal & Lewis in Cherry Hill and Philadelphia. He earned his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden and his bachelor’s degree from The College of New Jersey.

Sills Cummis & Gross welcomes four new real estate attorneys to its Newark office. Jason Sobel is of counsel. He joins the firm from Genova Burns in Red Bank. He received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark in 1997 and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1994. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. Cecilia Lassiter is an associate. She previously worked at McManimon, Scotland & Baumann in Roseland. She received a B.A. in linguistics from the University of Texas and a J.D. from New York Law School. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. Tessa Schultz is an associate. She previously had her own practice, the Law Offices of Tessa L. Schultz, in Montclair. She received a J.D. from Howard University School of Law in 1996 and a B.A. in business (accounting) in 1992. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. Joseph Vigliotti is an associate. He previously worked at Winne Banta Hetherington Basralian & Kahn in Hackensack. He received a B.A. in 2001 from Syracuse University, Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, an M.B.A. in 2005 from The College of Saint Rose, and a J.D. in 2005 from Albany Law School. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
