Acting Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Nancy Bannon has stayed a former nonequity partner’s discrimination complaint against Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker, ruling the dispute must go to arbitration.

Bannon also denied Wilson Elser’s request to dismiss the suit, brought last year by Jodi Ritter, who claimed she was subjected to repeated harassment and discrimination at the firm for having children.
