John “Jack” Kraft, New Jersey’s vanguard bond counsel by reputation, is making good on plans to wind down as his law practice hitches up to a larger firm.
Waters McPherson McNeill as of Aug. 17 brought aboard Kraft’s partner, Jason Capizzi, with Kraft to follow in the coming weeks after tying up loose ends at Edison’s Kraft & Capizzi.
