• Lowenstein Sandler has added Selim Day as a partner in its tech group, representing companies during their development from start-up to IPO. Day joins from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati where he spent the last 15 years as a partner.
• Otterbourg has added litigator Sandor Frankel as of counsel, focusing on general litigation and business litigation. Frankel was a founding partner of boutique litigation firm Frankel & Abrams. He will continue in his position as one of four trustees of The Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust.
• Fox Rothschild has added Stanley Barsky as a partner in its taxation and wealth planning department. Barsky was an associate at Cooley.
