Metro-North Commuter Railroad Co. has expanded its offices once again at 420 Lexington Ave., at East 43rd Street. This is the third expansion by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) with SL Green Realty Corp.

Metro-North has added 24,982 square feet at the 30-story, 1.4 million-square foot tower, also known as the Graybar Building, for a total of 321,185 square feet. The agency has a 20-year lease that began in 2014 in conjunction with a previous expansion last November.
