Since its launch in 2012, the law firm of Holwell Shuster & Goldberg has been subleasing office space in New York City as it grew. The boutique litigation firm has signed a new sub-sublease for more than three years with Mishcon de Reya at 750 Seventh Ave. for 29,592 square feet. Mishcon de Reya, a London-based law firm, is a subtenant of Mendes & Mount, a longstanding insurance law firm that began as Duncan & Mount in 1916.

Holwell Shuster will be leaving 125 Broad St., where it currently leases 36,681 square feet from the law firm Sedgwick. At its start, Holwell Shuster once subleased 3,600 square feet at 335 Madison Ave., and the new sub-sublease marks the firm’s return to the midtown area.
