U.S. Bankruptcy Judge John Olson on Tuesday lifted sanctions against Duane Morris partner Lida Rodriguez-Taseff.
“You went through a difficult stretch here,” the Fort Lauderdale judge said from the bench during a non-evidentiary hearing. “You are an admirable person in the community. … Go and do good.”
Olson issued the sanctions in January barring the prominent Miami attorney from practicing in the Southern District of Florida's bankruptcy court for 90 days over a draft order filed electronically using Miami partner Kevin Vance's court logon.
