Pennsylvania law firms were split down the middle when it came to how well received their summer associate programs were this year as compared to last year.

Of the 10 Pennsylvania firms included on Legal affiliate The American Lawyer’s Summer Associates Survey, five saw noticeable improvements in the rankings of summer associate satisfaction and five fell down the list. But regardless of the ranking, most seemed to get strong marks for being an overall good place to work and for giving an accurate portrayal of themselves during interviews.
