Pashman Stein in Hackensack welcomes Dawn Attwood and Jason Attwood as members in the appellate advocacy, insurance and indemnification, and litigation practices. Dawn Attwood concentrates her practice on complex civil litigation on behalf of both public and private sector clients, with special emphasis on public entity and insurance defense. Jason Attwood’s practice focuses on civil litigation, representing both private and public entity clients. He brings a broad range of insurance defense experience, including dram shop, premises liability, automotive liability and coverage matters. Both were previously partners at DeCotiis, FitzPatrick & Cole in Teaneck…Barry Packin, formerly a partner with Nagel Rice in Roseland, has become a partner with the Seigel Capozzi Law Firm in Ridgewood. His practice primarily focuses on the areas of bankruptcy law, commercial litigation, business reorganization and related matters, with a particular emphasis on creditors’ rights. Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Lemkin was the chairman of the bankruptcy group at a New Jersey-based business law firm, and was a former partner at Duane Morris.

William Ferreira has joined Graham Curtin in Morristown as a member of the firm’s corporate and commercial practice group. He will focus his practice in the areas of business law and general commercial matters, real estate and international law. Prior to joining Graham Curtin, Ferreira was the principal of Ferreira Law, a private commercial law firm in Morristown. Ferreira has previously served as managing partner of Ferreira & Herbert Law Group in Englewood. He is currently vice-chair of the American Bar Association’s Law Practice Division. Ferreira is active in the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA), the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA), the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey (HBANJ), and the Cuban American Bar Association (CABA). A graduate of Barry University in Miami, and the Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, Ferreira is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and the federal courts.
