CASPA Doesn’t Apply to Government

In Clipper Pipe & Service v. The Ohio Casualty Insurance, 2015 Pa. LEXIS 1275 (2015), the Pennsylvania Supreme Court held that the Pennsylvania Contractor and Subcontractor Payment Act (CASPA) does not apply to public works projects.
