E-discovery is being used far more in several regions in the world – beyond just the traditional strongholds of the United States and the United Kindgom, according to a new study.

The New Frontiers report by Kroll Ontrack notes how e-discovery is even being seen more frequently in use in Germany and Hong Kong – and other nations that do not require e-discovery under their laws.
