The New York City Bar Association presented its annual Thomas E. Dewey Medal Wednesday to outstanding assistant district attorneys in each of the city’s five DA’s offices as well as the Office of the Special Prosecutor.

From left, keynote speaker and longtime Manhattan District Attorney Robert Morgenthau, who is of counsel at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, joins honorees Edward Saslaw of the Queens DA’s Office, Karen Varriale of the Staten Island DA’s Office, special narcotics prosecutor Peter Kougasian, Martha Bashford of the Manhattan DA’s office, Mark Feldman of the Brooklyn DA’s Office and Donald Levin of the Bronx DA’s Office.
