Matthew Vigunas has joined Clark Hill as senior counsel in the banking and finance practice group in the firm’s Princeton office. His practice involves representing financial institutions, corporations and other entities in complex financing transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, consumer credit card offerings, consumer loan offerings, asset-based financings, asset securitizations, and various other lending, corporate, servicing, workout, foreclosure and commercial transactions. He also advises a number of financial institutions and other financial service companies on state and federal regulatory issues. Vigunas earned his J.D. at Villanova University School of Law, his M.B.A. at Villanova University, and his B.A. at the University of Delaware. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Delaware.

Firm Changes Name, Adds New Associate

Britcher, Leone & Roth, a personal injury law firm based in Glen Rock, announces that partner Mindy Michaels Roth has been sworn in as a Special Master of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C., involving cases filed pursuant to the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Roth was sworn in on Oct. 19, 2015. In tandem with this move, the firm has changed its name to Britcher Leone, LLC. In addition, the firm welcomes a new associate, Daniel Nicholas. Nicholas was previously a judicial law clerk to Judge Joseph A. Turula in Hudson County Superior Court. Prior to this, he interned for Judge Ellen L. Koblitz in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, in Hudson County, as well as for Manhattan Legal Services and Legal Services of the Hudson Valley. He earned a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, an M.A. from Fordham University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and a B.A. from Fordham University. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
