A team of two partners and an associate that has represented government officials and entities in several high-profile cases is leaving Conrad O’Brien to form a Harrisburg office for a small Philadelphia firm.
Partners Matthew H. Haverstick and Mark E. Seiberling and associate Joshua J. Voss are starting the new year at Kleinbard LLC, a Philadelphia firm with about 24 attorneys.
