Gearing up for trial in less than two months, prosecutors and attorneys for former Dewey & LeBoeuf junior manager Zachary Warren have agreed on testimony that can be excluded.

Warren was charged with Dewey’s executives in 2014 for having a role in a fraud scheme leading to Dewey’s May 2012 collapse, but his trial was severed. Warren, who is charged with scheme to defraud and conspiracy, is scheduled to be tried March 14.
