In what might prove to be his most timely referral ever, Joel Ackerman, who for decades practiced at now-bankrupt foreclosure firm Zucker, Goldberg & Ackerman, has a former firm paralegal to thank for his new job.
Ackerman on Jan. 19 joined the Florham Park office of Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker as of counsel. There, he’ll practice in the financial services group, representing lenders in commercial disputes rather than the consumer cases that had made up his practice in years past.
