Taylor Wessing made up two partners in the City this year as part of a 15-strong global promotions round, with the news emerging five months after the London appointments took effect on 1 May this year.
Corporate partner Josef Fuss and finance partner Gareth Lawson both joined the City partnership this year, after five London lawyers were made up in 2015.
A total of 15 partners have been made up across the firm, including six in Germany, three in the Netherlands, two in Slovakia and two in Singapore.
A spokesperson for the firm said there had been "a delay in collating this information across our offices for a variety of reasons".
The intake includes just two female lawyers – technology partner Britta Heymann (pictured above) and capital markets partner Janina Pochhammer.
Legal Week analysis of 2016 UK partner promotions found that the number of women made up at the UK's top 10 law firms fell by more than 25% this year. However, firms in the 11-30 bracket – which includes Taylor Wessing – managed to hold female promotions broadly in line with 2015 levels.
International talent director and HR head Liz Bunce-Grundy said: "These promotions illustrate Taylor Wessing's commitment to enabling talent to flourish within the firm and the continued investment in our future success. The new partners are all outstanding lawyers and will be a tremendous asset to us as we continue to seek growth for our clients, our people and our business."
