How is in-house ediscovery being conducted in 2018? An independent survey of corporate ediscovery professionals details the benchmarks and collection, preservation, and review practices being used across Fortune 1000 organizations.
The results indicate that efficient, modernized solutions are a priority for both leadership and practitioners but implementation of those solutions and best practices is proving to be an elusive target. Although corporate legal departments are increasingly handling ediscovery matters in-house, a significant percentage of companies are struggling to move past manual solutions for legal hold notifications and document review.
Join our August 1st webinar as our expert panel breaks down and analyzes the findings to showcase where ediscovery practice is heading and what challenges remain to match goals with outcomes.
The discussion will address:
- Benchmarks for matters requiring ediscovery support, segmented by org type, size, and industry
- Collection, preservation, and review trends and practices
- Corporate priorities and challenges in achieving best practices
