Hill Dickinson has promoted six lawyers to partner across the firm's London, Liverpool, Manchester and Singapore offices, including five women.
In Liverpool, health litigation lawyer Joanne Hughes (pictured), healthcare property lawyer Amanda Hurst and construction specialist Tricia Morrison will join the partnership, alongside commercial litigation lawyer Sharon Williamson, who is based in the firm's Manchester office.
In London and Singapore, shipping lawyers Jack Hatcher and Shanna Ghose have been made up.
The promotions came into effect on 1 May.
In addition to the partner promotions, the firm has also made up 10 legal directors. The promotions follow the appointment of 16 senior associates in November last year.
Commenting on the appointments, Hill Dickinson CEO Peter Jackson said: "At Hill Dickinson, we place great emphasis on technical excellence and outstanding client care, and those promoted have displayed these qualities in abundance during their time at the firm.
"It's also particularly pleasing to see that five of the six made up to partner are women, demonstrating our commitment to the development of senior women within the firm as part of our diversity and inclusion programme of activity."
Earlier this year, Hill Dickinson completed the transfer of 17 insurance partners and 331 staff to Keoghs as part of a deal that saw the firm offload its £23m insurance business. As well as adding headcount across Keoghs' London and Manchester offices, the deal gave Keoghs an office in Liverpool, which it sublets space from Hill Dickinson.
Hill Dickinson said the transfer would allow it to focus on "areas of future strategic growth", including marine, commercial and health.
The move followed the opening of the firm's fifth UK office, in Leeds, following the hire of Capsticks corporate health partner Robert McGough. The office has a focus on the health sector and will be jointly led by McGough and health litigation partner Mike McKenna.
