Kim Sinatra, the embattled general counsel of Wynn Resorts, will be stepping down from her role as the leader of the Las Vegas-based company’s legal department, according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

Sinatra has been under increased scrutiny in recent months since being named in legal proceedings around former Wynn CEO Steve Wynn’s alleged sexual misconduct.
