How often during the week do you work out? I try for every day.

At what time during the day or evening do you work out? Lunchtime.

What’s your go-to routine? At our firm, we established a “sweat working running group” where we go for daily runs with each other and often times with clients. Our Philadelphia office is close to the River Trail, and we head that way for our run. It’s Philly, so we will sneak in a run up the Art Museum steps when we can. When possible, we head to yoga on our rest days.

How long does it take? One hour.

Why do you like this routine? It’s a fantastic workout and the fresh air. We run in all weather.

What does regular exercise do for you? Keeps me healthy, clears my head, allows me to focus and reduces stress.

How long have you been exercising regularly? As long as I can remember.

In what ways have you changed your routine over the months or years? Based on upcoming events the Intensity, pace and distance all change. Sometimes it’s high-intensity focused training, and at other times it’s far more relaxed.

How do you convince yourself to work out when you don’t want to? We all keep tabs on each other. Either we are scheduled to run, or we check out each other’s runs on the fitness app (Garmin), so you don’t want to be the one who wimps out!
