Tiana Van Dyk

As Director, Client Solutions at Epiq, Tiana is working to help build and grow Epiq's world class eDiscovery platform in Western Canada. She implements eDiscovery strategies that align with her clients' goals and configures technology solutions that are both scalable and cost effective, balancing service, processes, and technology.

Tiana is a thought leader and frequent speaker and presented within the eDiscovery space in North America. As a member of EDRM's Metrics group, she has worked with industry leaders to develop and promote tools that allow organizations to better measure and understand the time, money and volumes associated with eDiscovery.  Tiana was one of the lead developers of EDRM's eDiscovery Maturity Self-Assessment Test (eMSAT-1), a tool designed to allow firms, corporations, and departments to assess their eDiscovery proficiency. Tiana was also a contributor to EDRM's TAR Guidelines, published in January 2019 and is a member of Sedona Canada's WG7.

Ryan Joyce

Ryan Joyce is Ipro's Senior Vice President of Strategy and is responsible for working closely between Ipro's clients and product teams, with four main areas of focus: Strategy, Market Intelligence, Product, and Sales & Marketing. Ryan's years of experience in the industry in a variety of roles, from Support Engineering through leading the Sales and Professional Services Teams at Ipro, made him the ideal choice to head up this new position. Mr. Joyce is now on his sixteenth year at Ipro, with the last eight years as VP of Sales. Prior to that role, Mr. Joyce spent his first seven years at Ipro in multiple roles across Support, Testing, R&D, System Architecture, Solutions, Consulting and Direct Sales. He has a deep knowledge and understanding of the Litigation Support Industry and has been called on and certified as an Expert Witness for testimony rendered in ESI production standards. Mr. Joyce consults with Ipro's clients daily to bring vital field information back to Ipro's Product Teams to help drive solutions that will truly help their clients.
