Sydney-based litigation funder IMF Bentham Ltd. has expanded in Singapore, hiring Ruth Stackpool-Moore as an investment manager from Harbour Litigation Funding.

Stackpool-Moore will source, assess and manage funded cases throughout Asia, including arbitration, litigation and insolvency claims. In Singapore, she will work with Tom Glasgow, IMF Bentham’s Asia chief investment officer, and associate investment manager Arvindran Manoosegaran, who joined last year from K&L Gates, where he was an associate.
