A former in-house attorney at Land O'Lakes Inc. has been named the top lawyer at a Utah-based medical device company.

Jennifer Keeler has been with Dynatronics Corp. since October, but the announcement was not made until Thursday. She is based in the company's Minneapolis office. It was not immediately clear who held the role before Keeler took over.

Keeler did not respond to request for comment on Friday.

"Jennifer brings a wealth of legal experience and management expertise that will be extremely valuable as we continue to build a scalable platform on which to execute on our strategy," the company's CEO, Brian Baker, said in the press release.

Keeler has spent the majority of her career in house. After graduating from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, she worked as an attorney at Grand Casinos Inc. She has also served as general counsel of Ulysses Telemedia and at Jasc Software Inc.

She has also spent a significant period of time in-house at Land O'Lakes, where she served as senior in-house counsel and as associate general counsel. According to her LinkedIn profile, while at Land O'Lakes, she drove negotiations and contracts for global mergers and acquisitions and developed corporate legal training for proactive risk avoidance. She also served as general counsel for multiple business units within the organization.
