Corporate Legal professionals are well aware of the need for robust, comprehensive Privacy Response Programs, but often the conversation remains too theoretical, only addressing "perfect world" scenarios. It's common for practitioners to feel as though they are in the dark about what their peers are doing to be compliant with existing and new privacy rules, such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), as well as the practical steps they can take to actually build and augment these programs.

In this webcast, we will review pragmatic steps that legal counsel can take to manage global privacy, discuss industry best practices for managing requests, and dive into real world strategies to strike the right balance between ediscovery and compliance teams. You will also learn:

  • Practical steps for building data privacy programs
  • Best practices for managing data requests
  • Real world strategies to strike the right balance between ediscovery and compliance teams
