Julie Heller is Vice President, Knowledge Management & Information Governance in AIG's Office of the General Counsel Global Operations group. She focuses on developing and implementing strategy for KM and IG topics including data lifecycle management, document management and classification, legacy data disposition, and legal hold and data preservation processes.   Ms. Heller has 25 years of eDiscovery, legal technology and legal project management experience.  She previously worked at Baker Hostetler LLP, Epiq, Proskauer Rose LLP and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.  She holds a B.A. from Yale University and an M.S. from Columbia University.

Marcy is responsible for ediscovery management for Capital Group, the home of the American Funds family of mutual funds. Since joining Capital Group in 2001, Marcy has been the Senior Compliance Specialist specializing in employment litigation, regulatory inquiries and securities litigation for the company's legal teams in the U.S. and Europe. Marcy also works closely with Capital Group's IT and Data Security teams regarding compliance, data preservation and management. Prior to Capital Group, Marcy worked at Morrison & Foerster in Los Angeles, as well as other top law firms in San Francisco and Dallas. Marcy has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas Christian University.

Jennifer is a technologist focused on strategy, customer experience, workflow, process improvement, and product in the legal tech industry. She has worked in software and technology for over a decade, and holds an M.A. in Strategic Communication. Jennifer is a speaker and content contributor on a variety of technology, data preservation and ediscovery issues, and is the Chair of the PREX Conference. She currently leads Solutions Engineering at Zapproved, where she ensures product feature functionality and technical capabilities are designed and implemented in ways that solve real world problems.

Ronald J. Hedges served as a United States Magistrate Judge in the District of New Jersey from 1986 to 2007. He is the chair of the Advisory Board of Digital Discovery & e-Evidence, a Bloomberg BNA publication. Mr. Hedges has authored numerous articles on electronic information. Among other things, he is a coauthor of both editions of the Federal Judicial Center publication, Managing Discovery of Electronic Information: A Pocket Guide for Judges and is a senior editor of the editions of The Sedona Conference Cooperation Proclamation: Resources for the Judiciary. Mr. Hedges taught e-discovery at Georgetown University Law Center, Seton Hall School of Law and Rutgers School of Law-Newark. He has served as a special master, mediator, and arbitrator.
