Nathan Cemenska, JD/MBA, is the Director of Legal Operations and Industry Insights at Wolters Kluwer's ELM Solutions. He previously worked in management consultancy helping GCs improve law department performance and has prior experience as a legal operations business analyst.

In past lives, Nathan owned and operated a small law firm and wrote two books about election law. He holds degrees from Northwestern University, Ohio State University, and Cleveland State University.

Kimberly Williams| Director of Global Legal Solutions | Citi 

Kimberly Williams is the Site Lead for Citi's Mumbai Regional Legal Office, and heads the Global Legal Solutions team in APAC. She is a co-author of The Legal Technology Guidebook (Springer, 2017) and a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, who pioneered the application of Six Sigma processes to litigation review projects in India and the US.

Before joining Citi, Kimberly consulted extensively with both in-house and law firm clients on the application of these processes in various contexts, including eDiscovery, contracts management, alternative fee arrangements, and other legal projects.

As a trainer and speaker, Kimberly frequently conducts CLEs on the topics of legal technology, legal risk management, legal process outsourcing, and quality/cost control, and has spoken on these, and related topics, at industry conferences, including, ACEDS, LegalTech, the ALM Controlling Legal Costs Conference, and the Carmel Valley eDiscovery Retreat.
