Roll It Back

It's a lot easier to learn about law firms reversing pay cuts than implementing them in the first place. Granted, we find out about both. Painful austerity measures make people unhappy. They send anonymous emails, or post angrily on social media. Some firms, well aware of this, are quick to reach out to us. Others need to be pushed. But the news of the cuts comes out eventually.

But who wants to hide the fact that they're restoring pay that had been taken away? That's good news! Let's share it widely and loudly.
