Linklaters has enacted a new global agile working policy, with a particular focus on remote working following the coronavirus pandemic.
The policy, which applies to all of Linklaters’ offices, will allow lawyers and employees – including partners – to work remotely for up to 20-50% of their time, according to the firm.
