Barr v. Civil Servants, Part Deux

Bill Barr is back at it. Just in case you (somehow) managed to miss it, Barr gave a speech at Hillsdale College this week attacking career prosecutors at the Justice Department and asserting that he and other political appointees should have final say over the agency's prosecutions.
