Skelos, Associate Justice, Appellate Division, 2nd Dept., Nassau; Rhonda Epstein, Employment Law / Co-op and Condo Law Specialist; David Feather, Employment Law Specialist; and Jacqueline Silvey, General Counsel, NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) — lend insight into the ADR process and how to address the creation and implementation of an employment ADR program.
