A California State Bar survey sent to those who took the online bar exam two weeks ago asks applicants if they cheated on the test or know of anyone who said they did.

The survey, obtained by The Recorder from an applicant, also asks whether the test-takers or anyone they knew had planned to cheat before the exam started Oct. 5. Respondents can select “yes,” “no” or “prefer not to answer.” There’s also a blank box where applicants can submit comments about their “remote bar exam experience.”
