An Oakland youth swimming organization has won a $120,000 attorney fee award against a sports psychologist whom it describes as a professional copyright litigant.

U.S. District Judge Jon Tigar of the Northern District of California entered the award last week, finding the author of the 1982 book "Winning Isn't Normal" made a settlement demand that "borders on the extortionate" after the Oakland Community Pools Project Inc. (OCPP) tweeted out a short passage from the book to its 39 followers.
