The Smart Money Looks To Legal Tech

Did you see the news last week that former Kirkland & Ellis chairman Jeffrey Hammes has launched a SPAC? He's joined together with Adam Gerchen, the co-founder and former CEO of litigation funder Gerchen Keller, to raise $200 million for a blank-check company that aims to acquire a legal tech business.
