He is well-respected professionally and has a reputation for bringing the most contentious disputes to full and final resolution. A strong proponent of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and a Certified Mediator with the United States District Court, Richard P. Byrne brings more than 25 years of ADR experience to NAM's New York Metro panel of neutrals.
