After a brief burst of activity in Texas last summer and fall, it appears in-person jury trials in patent infringement suits will be on ice at least into January, and possibly longer.

Eastern District of Texas Chief Judge Rodney Gilstrap resumed patent jury trials back in July, followed by his Eastern District colleagues and U.S. District Judge Alan Albright of the Western District of Texas.
